Inside the top flap has 3 layers to hold embroidery needles, a pouch to hold supplies, and a scissor and pencil sleeve. The supplies include a small embroidery hoop, 4 pouches of Anchor Embroidery Floss in the four colour groups red, browns, blue, and greens, A HB pencil, 2 packs of needles, and a bee wax block.
